CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

We provide comprehensive services to public and private clients seeking construction administration and inspection services, including acting as the Owner’s Representative for construction projects throughout New York and New Jersey. ZONING ANALYSIS & CODE CONSULTING

MASTER PLANNING

The firm of Gerald J. Caliendo draws on years of experience in order to maintain a participatory design process that includes comprehensive planning and oversight. We carefully study all areas of potential growth, expansion plans, cost/benefit analysis, and construction phasing in order to provide an expert analysis of master plans, on a macro and micro level. We closely follow a place-based approach to inform all of our master plans and urban design strategies; our goal is to find economically practical, and environmentally responsible strategies for success, from design to construction.

INTERIOR DESIGN

We provide full service, interior design to residential and commercial clients. First we start by asking you questions, determining your wants, aesthetic preferences, and practical needs. Then we develop initial schematics to help you visualize where the project can go. Once we have more of an idea cemented, we will create official construction documents, and design your color and material palette. After we finalize all the layouts, drawings, and details, we move towards purchasing materials, and construction. We provide oversight and coordination to the entire process, from construction, electrical, and lighting installation, to AV, plumbing, and any other aspect of the design that you can think of. Once all the installation is complete, you’ll find complete satisfaction in our ability to make your interior design dreams a reality.

BOARD OF STANDARDS & APPEALS (BSA)

We have over 20 years of experience in dealing with municipal architectural/building authorities, and provide a thorough level of advocacy to our clients currently working towards appeals or applications to the Board of Standards & Appeals.
